Transferring Credibility!

When Vemma steps up like we did last week and signs on to become the official wellness supplements of the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats, it makes every Brand Partner in the world of Vemma look great! The reason we do this isn't to sell more Vemma, it's to make it easier for you to build your business.

You see, our focus - what I call the Focus 500 - is all about helping the newest Brand Partner get to $500 a month in earnings. A new person may not have the confidence in the very beginning to approach some of the more credible prospects on their list, but when their company does things like partner up with NHL and NBA teams, it sure is a great conversation starter!

In this weeks video blog, I'll take you into one of the hottest spots in Phoenix, AZ...the Verve Energy Lounge in US Airways Arena. When the Suns are playing, there's not a hotter ticket in town. Vemma's next big venture is the opening of the Vemma Lounge in Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC in April. Lead From the Bottom!

Hello Vemma Team –

In our short history, I can now confidentially say that never before has it been easier to help a Brand Partner reach the critical $100 a month in earnings and then help them to move towards the $500 mark. Why do I say that it’s critical? Because, after studying reams of documents on the Vemma business in 2009, here’s what jumped out at us…when you help someone reach $100, 74% or 3 out of 4 never leave Vemma. They just don’t stop ordering because essentially their product is close to free. That number jumps up to 88% or 9 out of 10 when they begin earning $500!

Imagine what your business would be like if 9 out of 10 people that joined your team never stop ordering? How excited would you be to talk to another 10, knowing 9 of them will stay with you? Well, that’s our goal here at home office and it fits in beautifully with our company goal of helping 20,000 people earn $500 a month or more.

We’re putting our money where our mouth is! These two new bonuses, the Momentum Bonus and the Builder Bonus are designed specifically to pour literally millions of dollars into the ranks of Bronze, Silver and Gold Brand Partners. To focus on the bottom ranks, to lead this company into the future by leading from the bottom. It’s not a story you’ll hear a lot in this industry, but it’s quickly becoming a huge part of the Vemma story.

I’m excited for you and the future with these recent enhancements to our Referral Bonus Plan. I think of it like adding a turbo charger to an engine that’s already humming along. We’ve set a goal of 20,000 people, you need to set a goal on how many people you want to help reach that $500 a month earnings. If you want to make a difference, help a few people. If you want to make a fortune, make the decision to help a lot of people! Every person you meet with will believe they can earn $100 with a little effort. That is huge! Belief is the key to success…and Vemma just gave you the keys.

Let's Make 2010 YOUR Best Year!

Vemma has a goal to help 20,000 Brand Partners earn at least $500 a month or more and with an aggressive goal like that, you’ll need some creative ways to generate bonus dollars for the newest Brand Partners. This is an exciting goal and is really at the root of our two new bonuses. Starting Feb. 26th, The Builder Bonus and The Momentum Bonus are designed to reward the newest partners and help us reach that goal. The Momentum Bonus is a great way to get those Brand Partners profitable faster than ever before in our short history.

There's two magic numbers we discovered in 2009. After analyzing everyone's business for the entire year, what we discovered is that 74% of Brand Partners order every month IF they're earning $100+ a month. The second number that jumped out at us was that 88% of those partners order every month if they're earning $500+ a month.

These two bonuses will also help us towards our goal of reducing your attrition by at least 30%. To qualify for the Momentum Bonus (and everyone is eligible to qualify, both old and new Brand Partners), you'll need to have a 120 point auto delivery and enroll at least 1 Brand Partner on your right and left teams. When you help those partners each create as little as 500 reward points (CV) each month, you will have reached the Bronze leader level and in addition to all the other bonuses you’ll get, you’ll now begin to receive a ¼ share of the momentum bonus pool up to $100 a month. Now I say ‘up to’ because this is a pool. The amount is determined based on sales and how many people qualify for a share. It could be $52, $76 up to $100. That bonus increases UP TO $200 (could be lower for all levels) as you attain the Silver leader level and help those two leaders do what you just accomplished and reach the Bronze level. It jumps UP TO $300 when you reach Gold and help your leaders reach the Silver level and a full share of UP TO $400 when you qualify as a Diamond leader and help your leaders reach the Gold level. Platinums also receive a half share as well, but it stops there as we want to focus these dollars on the newest ranks.

There are a few other details you can read about, but this is a great way to quickly offset the cost of a Brand Partners product as soon as they reach the Bronze leader level. This should be every new partners first goal and this bonus rewards the culture of building two teams.

On Feb. 25th, I'll be releasing all the details on the Momentum Bonus along with the details behind the extremely exciting Builder Bonus. Both of which, I know, will have a hugely positive effect on your business.

Now, to fund the Momentum Bonus, we do have to discontinue the Consistency and Team Bonuses. In this economy, we need to make sure that every bonus dollar invested returns you the greatest rewards. These two bonuses didn't meet that and with the help of your Vemma Elite leaders, we've repositioned these $$ to reward your teams like never before and create a culture at the newest ranks of two team building and profitability.

A tremendous amount of thought, discussion and modeling went into this decision and we never take it lightly to consider any modifications to your compensation. These are decisions made for the right reasons and I'm confident that your teams will grow, profit and retain like never before in our history! This in turn will help make 2010 YOUR best year with Vemma ever!

Right Here, Right Now! - 2010 Convention in Vegas

If I promised you 100 new people in your Vemma team come December 2010 for every 1 person you bring with you to convention Jan 28th-30th in Las Vegas, how many people would you talk to about coming to Vegas over the next 30+ days?

Now, of course I can’t guarantee 100 new people, but what leaders are telling me is that’s exactly what happens when someone attends our annual convention. It’s just that powerful from the time you pick up your registration packet on Thursday to the time you leave on Sunday. I’m telling you, the weekend flies by and you’re filled with this unstoppable energy for success. It’s the perfect way to start 2010, especially considering what 2009 was like for so many people. Everyone needs a fresh start, along with a fresh plan for achieving what we want out of our Vemma business and our life.

This I can promise you, there will be a few thousand people that will look back at the end of 2010 and point to their attendance at the Las Vegas convention and say, ‘that was the turning point for me, that’s where it all started and changed my business forever’. I want YOU to be one of those people! I can’t make you come to Vegas, but I can encourage you to break through every excuse you may have on why you can’t get there and invest in your dreams, invest in your future and invest in yourself by coming to this once a year event. If you don’t want to repeat another year like 2009, do something different and you’ll get a different result.

As 2009 comes to an end, I ask you all to make a commitment to making an even bigger difference in the lives of people in 2010. The resaon I ask this is because I had one of the best experiences in my life this week when I took part in the first ever Vemma 'NEXT Helping NOW' product giveaway. I've posted a couple of videos from that day on this site.

You really need to feel great if you've ever purchased a bottle of Vemma NEXT, because when you see these homeless kids that receive the free matching product, you realize just how great a difference you're making in these young lives.

What really struck me as I talked with these kids and found out what they dreamed about becoming when they grow up, is that they're kids just like ours. Same crazy dreams, same excitement about the future, the only difference is they don't have homes. And when I talked with the parents, they were so thankful that someone cared enough about their kids nutritional needs. That someone is YOU, every time you buy a bottle. No one had done that for these kids before and they all knew how important it was for them.

Team, this 'NEXT Helping NOW' project just may be the reason this company was formed 5 years ago, we just didn’t know it then. I’m ‘over the top’ proud that I can be a part of reaching out to these kids and addressing such a critical area as homeless children’s nutrition. I do not forget for one minute that all of this is possible because of you and your efforts. For that, I’m forever grateful for all you’ve done and continue to do to make this Vemma company as great as it is!
